Description:

The chosen candidates will be essential in maintaining a professional image while engaging with both existing and potential clients, whether in external venues or within attorney offices. An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a similar discipline. Additionally, a background in sales or customer service will be considered highly beneficial.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Set up and attend legal networking events, collaborating closely with management.
  • Schedule and conduct office visits to attorneys, ensuring a professional demeanor and appearance to build trust and relationships.
  • Organize and engage in lunch meetings with referral sources to develop professional connections.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing referral sources.
  • Operate within specific market segments as directed by management.
  • Undertake lead generation, cold calling, and networking activities that reflect Bridge Med Legal's values.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • An associate's or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Committed to delivering high levels of customer service and working effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  • 1-3 years of experience in legal firm prospecting, account management, campaign development, and business development or similar fields.
