Additionally, a background in sales or customer service will be considered highly beneficial.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Set up and attend legal networking events, collaborating closely with management.
- Schedule and conduct office visits to attorneys, ensuring a professional demeanor and appearance to build trust and relationships.
- Organize and engage in lunch meetings with referral sources to develop professional connections.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing referral sources.
- Operate within specific market segments as directed by management.
- Undertake lead generation, cold calling, and networking activities that reflect Bridge Med Legal's values.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- An associate's or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Committed to delivering high levels of customer service and working effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- 1-3 years of experience in legal firm prospecting, account management, campaign development, and business development or similar fields.
