Description:
Youngsoft is a fast growing IT consulting and services company. We are looking for Business Development Managers (BDM) / Account Managers with 2+ years of new business development and/or account management experience within the IT Consulting, Staffing and Professional Services industry. .
Business Development Manager / Account Manager
- Acts as primary point-of-contact for assigned accounts
- Develops and implements strategies for developing business in new accounts / territory
- Spearheads new lead generation strategies, and account penetration strategies for current accounts
- Is responsible for managing proposal development and client presentations and interaction
- Maintains relationships and open communication with onsite Youngsoft resources in their accounts
- Proactively finds new ways to build the existing business and grow accounts
- Demonstrates working knowledge of each area of the client’s needs, in order to validate recommendations before presenting to the client
- Masters and maintains detailed knowledge of client's business, competition, and latest industry news and trends
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years in IT staffing and account management experience
- Excellent work ethic
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Dynamic personality, outgoing and aggressive, with good listening skills
- Excellent problem solving skills. Quickly identify and work through obstacles
- Goal- oriented with ability to work in a high pressure environment: multi-tasking, and self-motivated.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
