A leading organization is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive innovation, expand market presence, and deliver value across the Latin America region. This role requires a proactive and strategic mindset to identify new business opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and manage sales operations across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

📌 Business Growth & Market Expansion

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in Latin America.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing customers to drive growth.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and industry events.
  • Present products and solutions to prospective and existing clients.

📌 Sales & Customer Management

  • Monitor market conditions and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Provide technical and sales support to customers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through continuous engagement.

📌 Sales Team & Representative Oversight

  • Manage and support local sales representatives in different LATAM regions.
  • Set and monitor sales targets to align with company goals.
  • Provide training and guidance to enhance market penetration.

Key Requirements:

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
✔ 5+ years of experience in Channel/Distribution management, sales, and business development.
✔ Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
✔ Proven experience managing sales teams and regional business operations.
✔ Strong relationship-building, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
✔ Self-starter mindset with a proactive and positive attitude.
✔ Willingness to travel within the US and internationally.
✔ Attention to detail to capitalize on all growth opportunities.
