New Business Acquisition & Lead Generation:
- Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities across North and South America, focusing on emerging markets and untapped verticals.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by targeting new clients, generating leads, and expanding market presence in key territories.
- Develop and implement business development strategies that align with company growth objectives and regional expansion plans.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring sustained interest and engagement in our solutions.
Client Relationship Management:
- Foster and maintain strategic, long-term relationships with key clients and partners across the Americas, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, offering expert guidance and tailored solutions to meet their business needs.
- Regularly engage with clients to assess satisfaction, identify evolving requirements, and proactively seek new growth opportunities.
- Position yourself as a trusted advisor, helping clients optimize the use of our products and services to meet their business objectives.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Own the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals, driving revenue growth and market penetration.
- Develop and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches that align with clients' pain points and business goals.
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company objectives.
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities within existing accounts to maximize customer value and revenue growth.
Market Insights & Competitive Intelligence:
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments across the Americas to inform sales strategies and product positioning.
- Use market insights to tailor solutions and identify opportunities for new product development or refinement.
- Stay up-to-date with evolving customer needs and competitive dynamics, ensuring our company is positioned as a market leader.
Collaboration & Internal Coordination:
- Work closely with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Customer Support) to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful product delivery.
- Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on client feedback, competitive activity, and market trends.
- Ensure smooth handover of new clients to the customer success team for post-sale support and ongoing relationship management.
Reporting & Performance Tracking:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress against targets within CRM systems.
- Track key sales metrics, pipeline health, and account performance, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement, continuously refining strategies to meet regional growth targets.
[Qualifications]
Must
- At least 3+ years of experience in B2B business development, sales, or account management, with a strong focus on the Americas region.
- Proven track record of generating new business, closing sales, and consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of the business challenges in automotive, technology, gaming, MedTech, and related industries, with the ability to deliver tailored solutions.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Customer Support) to drive client success and business growth.
