Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients through networking, prospecting, telemarketing, and sales database management
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with referral sources, like CPAs, banks, and brokers
- Demonstrate the TruPay sales process by consistently utilizing strategic selling analysis and process
- Meet or exceed agreed upon sales activity and sales targets
- Record all sales activity in our sales management and CRM tools
- Prepare and present proposals and provide appropriate follow-up throughout the sales process
- Determine prospective clients’ need for Payroll, Time and Labor Management and Human Resources technology, followed by presenting TruPay services to meet those needs
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in a quota-driven, business-to-business position
- College degree strongly desired
- Excellent prospecting and new business development skills
- Strong presentation, written and oral communication skills
- Critical thinking and decision-making skills to handle objections throughout the sales cycle
- Proficient organizational and time management skills
- Effective listening skills and ability to form relationships with senior decision makers
