RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients, partnerships, and collaborations, to drive revenue growth.
  • Build new relationships with doctors’ offices and industry professionals to develop referral clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales and marketing materials, including presentations, proposals, and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and business development metrics, identify areas for improvement, and propose actionable solutions.
  • Digital marketing including eMarketing.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in business development or sales are a plus.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving business growth and achieving sales targets, preferably within the beauty or cosmetics industry.
  • Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering win-win outcomes.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive and persistent approach to achieving goals.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales and marketing tools.
