Business Development Manager

 

Description:

This role will be integral to the growth of the 1000MTG business overseeing the sales of new independent contractor acquisitions, SME agencies, 1000Access products, SME corporate business, underpinned by 1000MTG/CTM technology suite. This will be a national position and the first of its kind, providing the ability to run in the beginning without exclusion of territories. This means the USA really is your oyster. Your responsibilities will span all sales aspects, supporting implementation and maintaining relationships with those clients. Additionally, you will provide vital sales support to new and existing independent contractors in our network to help grow their portfolios.

 

Your ultimate mission will be to drive growth and retention, nurturing success for both clients and our network of independent contractors, more affectionately known as Travel Advisors.

 

Education and Experience

  • College degree and minimum of 3 years of work experience in B2B sales with proven ability to meet or exceed quota.
  • Demonstrated prior success in selling corporate travel is preferred.
  • Experience in consultative, solution-based selling.
  • Strong financial and business acumen.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a virtual team.
