Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the expansion of Smart Solutions across North America by focusing on our Smart Pole, the Shuffle.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and sales processes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including integrators, channel partners, and end customers.
  • Collaborate with global teams to align on strategy and leverage resources.
  • Educate potential clients on cutting-edge Smart City technologies, driving solution-focused discussions.
  • Achieve sales targets through consultative selling and strong client relationships.

  • An experienced sales leader with a proven track record in consultative sales.
  • Someone with a deep understanding of the public and private sector ecosystems.
  • A strategic thinker who can translate customer needs into tailored solutions.
  • Willingness to travel 50% and ideally located near a major metropolitan airport.

Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of successful business to business sales experience, ideally in service or solutions sales.
  • Experience working with channel partners and integrators.
  • Demonstrated ability to close value-driven sales.
