Qualifications:
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer success for startup solutions deployed by our clients. This includes working with the relevant stakeholders within Wipro, our clients, and the startups to ensure successful deployment and adoption of the solutions. He/she/they will work to drive customer satisfaction, help customers derive the promised value from the deployed solutions, and work with the practice teams to create upsell and cross-sell opportunities. He/she/they will work with Marketing to capture customer success stories to be shared with the field and customer references when possible.
He/she/they will also be responsible for the day-to-day governance of the relationship with the startups. This includes activities, like initial onboarding, getting signoff for legal agreements, deal registration, managing training sessions, coordinating sales connect between startup field sales and Wipro sales across geos and helping resolve sales-related issues. He/she will be responsible for leading bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly governance meetings between the startup’s management and Wipro’s practices teams.
