Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition: Identify and target healthcare facilities, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare organizations as potential clients for our staffing services.

• Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the healthcare industry to understand their staffing needs and challenges.

• Sales Strategy: Formulate and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our client base.

• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new business opportunities and positioning strategies.

• Proposal Development: Collaborate with the internal team to create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to clients' needs and objectives.

• Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations, finalize agreements, and ensure mutually beneficial terms for both the company and clients.

• Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and report on the success of business development efforts.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless transition from client acquisition to candidate placement.

• Client Retention: Implement strategies to cultivate long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high client satisfaction and fostering repeat business.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.

• Proven experience 5+ in business development within the healthcare staffing industry.

• Strong understanding of the USA healthcare landscape, staffing needs, and industry trends.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
