Description:
Objectives:
- Provide technical and commercial support to the existing customer base in the Liquid, Beverage and Sugar Refining treatment market to achieve company revenue and operating income goals.
- Support the development and implementation of the product marketing plan:
- Development and distribution of marketing communications
- Trade Show plan and participation
- Online and traditional target marketing activities
- Develop new customers/distributors in target territories/global regions to increase commercial sales:
- Respond to Technical Inquiries, support performance estimations and prepare commercial quotations as necessary.
- Provide technical support for current and planned customer pilot testing programs.
- Support Sales and Operations planning activities, providing sales demand forecasting for existing and potential customers.
- Develop white papers/case studies associated with existing customer installations and new customer evaluations to support marketing efforts.
- Maintain customer database of existing and prospective sugar market customers.
Travel: 40-50% Travel is expected
Education and Knowledge:
- Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline (preferably Chemical engineering or Chemistry) or related field or equivalent combination of education, training and / or experience.
Experience:
- At least 10 years of sales and marketing experience. Direct sales experience in liquid sugar, beverage and sugar refining industry a plus.
- Technical knowledge of specialty adsorbents and sugar market a plus.
- Chemical/Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
