Responsibilities:
The Business Development Manager’s responsibility will be to identify and cultivate business opportunities through various networking and relationship development efforts across all markets to drive company growth. With the initial focus in the “Commercial Maintenance” market, leveraging current and future relationships within the Commercial Maintenance and Commercial Install markets. Secondarily migrate a portion of the Business Development efforts to include both the Commercial Install and Design Build markets, with General Contractors, Owners, and Landscape Architects. The position will also include the development of Strategic Partnerships and alliances to promote future growth via “reoccurring relationships”, while expanding upon and managing the initial phases of the company’s “sales pipeline”. The Business Development Manager will develop and deliver an introductory statement about the company and by doing so will create relationships with like-minded companies that understand the “value” the EA Quinn organization can deliver. With an objective of working individually and collectively with various EA Quinn Account Managers to solidify multiyear landscape maintenance and snow management contracts.
