Business Development Manager

 

Description:

The Business Development Manager is responsible for creating new business opportunities for Hub Gulf South. This position will work with the sales leader and production team to create and execute a strategic sales plan which includes outbound cold calling, relationship development, and community outreach and events.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify and cultivate a robust pipeline of new business opportunities within the Hub Gulf South Region proactive outreach, referrals, and leveraging your existing portfolio.
Attend industry conferences and events to expand your professional network, and effectively represent our company.
Creating leads and setting appointments for top HUB Gulf South producers
Develop and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

Collaborate with various business teams, including specialized units (Trade Credit, Cyber, Financial, and Professional Services).

Strive to exceed sales performance targets consistently.

Establishes & ensures high level of professionalism in interactions with prospects.

Ensure consistent communication plan with sales team.

Work closely with leadership team on strategic goals.

Support sales team on new business initiatives.

Other duties may be assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:
