OMNI is honored to partner with TruPay in their search for a Business Development Manager. This talented individual will be someone who can open doors, run a great sales process, and close new logos. The ideal candidate will be confident, organized, strategic, success driven and willing to roll up their sleeves to hit their financial goals. The incumbent may be based anywhere, however travel to their headquarters in Mishawaka, Indiana will be required once per quarter.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote TruPay Solutions to prospective clients.
  • Participate in strategic business meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Leverage LinkedIn and other sales tools to connect with potential prospects.
  • Follow-up on sales leads and nurture existing deals.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to align with Sales Campaigns.
  • Periodically attend Trade Shows.
  • Average 5+ new prospect meetings per week.
  • Network, build relationships and close new logo deals.
