Description:

The Enterprise Systems Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for increasing sales by generating new sales opportunities and leading prospect pursuits for the Enterprise Systems Consulting (ESC) team. The BDM generates top-of–funnel sales activity and works with leaders in the ESC practice to close new business. Take your experience in NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, and other high demand platforms to a national, multi-industry stage. Generate sales in a no-capped commission structured Public Accounting Firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue across the firm’s separate technology solutions; primarily focused on NetSuite, but also including Adaptive Insights, Workday, and other solutions supported by the firm
  • Create, develop and execute demand generation programs and convert leads to opportunities for prospects and customers as part of a defined sales cycle
  • Serve as the lead for each sales cycle to sell value and determine the sales strategy and plan in coordination with practice leadership and the solution team
  • Partner with practice leadership and consulting marketing to create sales tools, key messages, and programs that differentiate Moss Adams and NetSuite in each defined solution area
  • Prepare and deliver technology solution presentations to customers based on key requirements, industries, etc. as required to support individual sales cycles
  • Work with the firm’s existing business development team to close on business for the firm’s technology solutions practice
  • Aide in industry leading content generation in partnership with the marketing team to position Moss Adams as a thought leading service provider of technology solutions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; emphasis in business or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in a complex organization required; including accounting/ERP software and/or services sales experience with a track record for meeting quota targets
  • Demonstrated history of success as a NetSuite Sales Representative or NetSuite Account Executive directly with NetSuite or a NetSuite Partner strongly preferred
  • Strong executive presence and demonstrated leadership skills, good judgement, and ability to effectively interface with employees and leaders within all levels of the firm
  • Demonstrated focus on new client generation, identifying new logos, and building relationships for key targets and prospects for the firm
  • Ability to create and execute software solution/technology marketing and sales campaigns in cooperation with internal teams
  • Ability to develop relationships, build rapport, and influence the accomplishment of organizational goals
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to articulate complex issues to other
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to travel as needed, approximately 20%
