YOUR EXPERTISE & SKILLS
To perform this job successfully, individuals must be able to perform each duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Meet the Enthalpy team and be introduced to each of our functions through a series of 1:1s and formal onboarding
- Learn how we manage our workflow by attending meetings between Sales, Operations and Marketing
- Participate in our bi-monthly Sandler sales training program across the entire Enthalpy/Montrose sales community where you will engage and learn with over 40 top notch sellers
- Interact with our CRM to understand our sales cycle and how we track our revenue growth and key client interactions
- Build relationships with other members of the Sales Team through group discussion and 1:1 meetings
- Begin shadowing sales call and support our Sales Team
- Learn our services and the various forms of delivery mechanisms we use to solve client problems through our Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
- Begin working with a predetermined client set
- Proactively engage dormant and inactive accounts to generate new business
- Manage inbound leads and leads generated from our Marketing Team
- Attend Sales Team meetings and support with Sales Team reporting
- Strategically develop plans for your accounts and outline how you will tactically operationalize your plans
- Bring forward ideas on how we can proactively grow the business
