Description:

We are looking for an “Business Development Manager” to join our team who would play a key role in identifying potential clients, building strategic relationships, and closing deals to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identifying and prospecting potential clients and business opportunities.

2. Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and business insights.

3. Building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers

4. Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

5. Presenting and pitching the organization's products or services to potential clients.

6. Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements.

7. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

8. Monitoring market and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.

Qualification & Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

2. Proven track record in business development or sales roles, preferably in the same industry.

3. Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and negotiate effectively.

5. Ability to think strategically and develop innovative business solutions.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

7. Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for achieving results.
