YOUR ROLE

  • Appoint Distributors and Field force for Consumer Business and complete S&D responsibility as per GTM defined channel and markets.
  • Grow business with the help of distributors/SSM and merchandiser/promoters. Enroll large outlets for business and visit them as per PJP to drive sell out and sell in
  • Ensure share of shelf is maintained and at category level. Also, ensure right merchandising tools are implemented.
  • Monthly market intelligence report on category landscape. Help NKAM in ensuring supplies to Key accounts and meet regional buyers as per NKAM information.
  • Ensure billing to Key accounts as per agreed margins. Ensure complete supervision on scheme delivery to GT customers.
  • Ensure monthly remittance plan is closed with DB for business. Also, monthly claim submission on time and cleared.
  • Quarterly NDC submission from DBs. Market expiry and Damage control with the help of NOPM

YOUR SKILLS

  • Minimum 7 years of working experience for FMCG brand is a must.
  • Strong analytical ability to read and act upon data for decision making.
  • People management, excellent negotiation skills, good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Goal oriented with ability to set clear priorities and meet deadlines.
