About the role
- Primary business development and sales responsibilities to drive up retail sales, event sales and store traffic.
- Promote Redmint services and products, and establish relationships with the medical health offices, local businesses, and local communities of all kinds.
- Serve as a deputy manager to store operation as needed.
- Develop and grow B2B relationships and B2C customers
- Execute business activities, projects, directions, and visions set by management
- grow accounts and upsell
- Manage and execute sales activities including but not limit to inside and outside sales; outreaches to corporates, events and conferences, Duties can include cold calls and visits to doctors’ offices.
- Identify opportunities and execute on plans to increase revenues of all facets.
- Manage all aspects of the sales cycle with superior customer service.
- Identify, negotiate, and develop partnerships and agreements with other businesses.
- Develop sales plan upon launch and on-going; develop policies and procedures, best practices
- Responsible for driving revenues and profits of products sales, store traffic and event sales
- Responsible for overall business development and sales related activities
- Develop sales channels
- Responsibilities can be changed from time to time as the business develops and changes
- Ad hoc and special projects as assigned
About You:
- 5+ years of experiences in sales, or business development in consumer products or wellness industry
- Proven ability to close deals
- Adaptable with creative ways to approach accounts and customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fast learner, able to take direction with minimum supervision
- Strong proficiency in profitability analysis
- Can-do attitude with entrepreneur spirits,
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workloads and demands,
- Ability to work independently, applying solid judgment and problem-solving skills
- Flexible, adaptable and team player who collaborates well with others
- Diplomatic and outstanding professionalism, able to represent the Redmint in the Community
- Resourceful, accountable, and dependable
- Ideal candidate has experiences to work in a fast-paced and dynamic start-up work environment
- Comfortable with off-hours contact and can be available as needed
- Ability to work one day on the weekend
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office; tech savvy
- Bachelor’s degree required
