Business Development Manager

Asteelflash is actively looking for a talented Business Development Manager to help us grow our business. Candidates for this position will be immersed in the inner workings of our business, working closely with the sales team to create sound strategies and learning as much as possible about our industry. Candidates must also be able to communicate effectively with customers, work well within a team environment and demonstrate personal integrity at all times. The successful candidate will also need to be able to identify and observe market and sales trends along with acquiring new customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Increasing sales through new customers and products especially in the EV market
  • Achieving sales targets for the region
  • Building and developing customer base, NPI, product launches
  • Assisting in the development of sales strategies
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales figures
  • Acquisition of accounts and key accounts
  • Obtaining customer feedback
  • Observing competitors
  • Effectively participate in demanding client projects
  • Effectively represent the company’s products and services on an ongoing basis
  • Provide solutions and recommendations to help customers maximize their return on investment
  • Work with and assist the consulting staff in developing client relationships and business opportunities
  • Follow up on leads generated from marketing activities

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Successfully completed business or economic studies, preferably Master’s degree or comparable background
  • 8+ years experience in a similar position preferably in the field of industrial electronics
  • Experience in Sales and Business Development
