Description:
The Business Development Lead will work directly with brokers including McLane to support HARIBO of America distribution and sales. Located on-site at the HARIBO of America satellite office in Bentonville, Arkansas, the Business Development Lead will develop strong relationships with assigned broker, provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, monitor and improve brand distribution, ensure trade spend is kept within budget, assist with business reviews, and develop and analyze data and reports.
The ideal Business Development Lead will at least one year of experience in an analytical within the consumer packaged goods and/or corporate retail industry, a Bachelor’s Degree, prior experience partnering with McLane or other brokers, and prior experience presenting in front of groups – client/customer facing experience.
