The Role
- Meet/exceed pipeline generation goals
- Provide day to day coaching & professional development, including weekly 1:1 meetings.
- Working with the Demand Generation Manager, build, manage and track outbound campaigns.
- Along with your team, qualify leads based on specific guidelines and criteria, ensuring the effective use of CRMs.
- Optimize the BDR program across all our KPIs and deliver ROI.
- Achieve all performance targets for meetings held and opportunities generated.
- Manage the scorecard to track and communicate weekly goals to drive consistent performance week over week.
- Become an integral part of Marketing and Sales leadership.
What You'll Bring
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- 1 year in sales management role or 3 years in business development with proven results, preferably in the Public Safety Industry
- Experience with CRM software and sales processes
- Proven tack record of developing and implementing successful business development strategies
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the abilities to build rapport with clients, colleagues, and executive leadership
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to travel as needed
