Description:
We are looking for highly driven MBA interns to join our Business Development team and focus on sponsorship sales for MachineCon 2025. This role will involve new customer acquisition, engaging with C-suite executives, and securing high-value sponsorship deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Sponsorship Sales for MachineCon 2025:
- Identify, research, and reach out to new prospective sponsors in AI, tech, consulting, and enterprise sectors.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Lead sponsorship sales pitches, negotiate deals, and close partnerships.
- Work closely with internal teams to tailor sponsorship packages based on company needs.
New Customer Acquisition:
- Build a fresh pipeline of sponsorship prospects from scratch, targeting AI & data-focused organizations.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging players and potential partners.
- Track all outreach efforts in a sales tracker and provide regular updates on progress.
Client Relationship Management:
- Engage in follow-ups, proposal development, and contract discussions.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for secured sponsors.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing an MBA (preferred specialization in Sales, Marketing, or Business Strategy).
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger for new customer acquisition and closing deals.
- Prior experience in sales, partnerships, consulting, or business development is a plus.
