GRC Thunders is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive sales in the cybersecurity and compliance industry. This role is ideal for motivated sales professionals with a passion for information security, risk management, and compliance solutions. As a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential, this role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to work with C-level executives and security teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Sales Strategy:

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in Information Security, Information Assurance, Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to attract potential clients.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, C-level executives, and security teams.

  • Present and pitch tailored cybersecurity and compliance solutions to clients.

Collaboration & Market Intelligence:

  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Stay updated on cybersecurity regulations, frameworks, and market trends to position services effectively.

Qualifications & Experience:

📌 Required:
✔ Experience in B2B sales, cybersecurity, compliance, or IT consulting.
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
✔ Ability to work independently and drive sales with minimal supervision.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of closing deals.

📌 Preferred:
✔ Strong knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS, or other security frameworks.
