Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to engage accounts across the private sector to deliver against revenue targets.
  • Sell our solutions for Traffic Data Collection, Active Transportation/Mobility Studies, Roundabout, Screenline, Speed, and Safety (Near-Miss Analysis).
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Lead the development of compelling proposals in collaboration with technical teams, showcasing CJ Hensch’s capabilities and solutions.
  • Establish partnerships and collaborations to expand service offerings and market reach.

Skills/Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 10+ years experience in business development in the engineering or transportation industry.
  • Ability to source, process and analyze information with proven ability to deliver high quality and persuasive proposals.
  • Strong result-driven mindset while being able to work in a team
  • Strong understanding of transportation infrastructure, traffic management, and related technologies.
  • Ability to interact with several stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market trends.
