Business Development Executive

 

Description:

  • Perform daily outbound sales activities including calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, etc.
  • Attend networking and industry events to generate leads.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities with other Companies.
  • Use product knowledge to showcase the solutions that our company can offer by effectively communicating our value proposition.
  • Manage prospects from lead generation through closing, navigating objections and fostering relationships.
  • Manage key relationships with existing partners, clients and future clients.
  • Provide demos of our product as needed.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms and prepare sales agreements.
  • Meet and exceed established sales quotas.
  • Report weekly, monthly, quarterly sales goals, closed business, and pipeline status.
  • Working with the VP/Business Development and Client Relationships define and implement – sales strategies for acquiring new business.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Record and, actively maintaining a sales pipeline with documented activity in accordance with sales processes and methodologies.
  • Maintain contact with existing clients to make sure they are satisfied and request referrals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

 

 

Qualifications:

  • 1 – 3 years’ experience with proven success in lead generation and sales for a SaaS company
  • Experience in IT industry is preferred
  • Familiarity with time doctor or other comparable CRM software platforms
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong client relationships and overcome objections
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to credibly influence at all levels
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Personable and able to work as a member of small team
  • A strong work ethic, self-driven and motivated
  • Eagerness to learn quickly about a new product and industry vertical, and to receive constructive feedback to further improve your success in the role
