The Gemini 3 Group (G3G) is seeking a talented, experienced Business Development Director:, driven by strategic growth opportunities, deadlines, and wins.
Essential Responsibilities/Functions: :

- Lead, participate in, and be responsible for leveraging resources, relationships, and processes to pursue business opportunities.
- Create bid strategies and oversee pricing and proposal strategies in the pursuit of new business opportunities.
- Perform planning, scheduling, development, resource management, and follow-up of mid-to-large-sized proposals.
- Analyze requests for proposals (RFPs) to develop compliant annotated proposal outlines, storyboards, mock-ups, and proposal content/narrative.
- Anticipate and identify potential issues to schedule and resources; develop plan to mitigate issues.
- Lead development/publication of proposal strategy, themes/discriminators, and proposal artifacts.
- Create compliance matrices and proposal templates to provide clear instruction to the proposal team.
- Conduct color team reviews and lead volume production, submission, and post-submission actions.
- Liaise with the entire business development team, including internal and external resources, to develop comprehensive and compelling proposals and capture plans.
- Ensure compliance with all RFP requirements.
