We’re looking for a responsive, upbeat, and tech savvy team player with a strong track record of building great business relationships and selling digital services in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly plans to generate interest and drive demand for FFW's digital experience platform services, focused on networking, long-term lead nurturing, and relationship-building with potential clients, tech partner sales teams, and complimentary service partners.
- Ensure FFW is top of mind with parties that are likely to recommend us to prospective clients.
- Work collaboratively with FFW's marketing and sales teams to generate leads, develop sales collateral, and create compelling capabilities pitches.
- Identify, connect with, and ultimately qualify leads with particularly high buying potential, using a consultative approach that speaks to the problem space (the challenges that come with scaling digital experience platforms) and FFW's point of view in the market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
- Attend industry events and conferences to promote FFW's services and generate new business opportunities.
- Create and manage a robust pipeline of potential clients, utilizing FFW's CRM system to track and report progress.
- Provide regular updates and insights to FFW's executive team on market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to help inform business strategy.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in business development and sales, preferably in the digital services industry.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust and rapport with key decision-makers at all levels.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create compelling sales presentations and deliver them with confidence.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Experience with CRM systems, sales tracking, and reporting tools.
