Description:
You will play a crucial role helping to support our sales efforts and expand our client base. Your primary focus will be to coordinate and execute multiple operational processes for the Victor Small Business sales team. You will strive to drive efficiencies that will enhance our agent experience.
We will count on you to:
- Assist agents with registration and onboarding in the Victor For Agents platform.
- Work with agents to resolve mandatory licensing and E&O compliance requirements.
- Manage a centralized email inbox, respond to agent questions, and if needed distribute tasks to members of the Victor Small Business sales team.
- Answer the phone and assist agents with platform login issues.
- Utilize Power BI and Excel to generate weekly sales reports and agent prospecting lists.
- Assist Victor Small Business leadership with the creation of monthly business review presentations.
- Help with conducting basic, routine research on market trends or developments and existing business to assist in analyzing opportunities and identifying and evaluating additional client or market needs.

- Good problem-solving and judgment capabilities with strong initiative
- Ability to effectively and accurately manage multiple tasks and projects, with a sense of urgency, and in a fast-paced environment.

- Technical ability to work between different IT platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Power BI, Word, PowerPoint
