Responsibilities

  • Receiving inbound phone calls from car-buying clients
  • Receiving inquiries from customers sent over from the Internet
  • Placing outbound phone calls to clients
  • Sending text messages to clients through the CRM software Vinsolutions
  • Sending emails to clients through CRM software Vinsolutions
  • Identifying the client's need to test drive stock vehicles, confirm the vehicle’s availability, and set appointments for clients to come to the showroom.

However, a BDC Representative doesn’t have to assist the customers in person when they arrive at the showroom

  • Contacting clients before the appointment to confirm

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Can work in the United States of America
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Computer literacy, strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
  • Ability to pay attention to details
  • Ability to take good note
  • Be a good team player
  • Be trainable
