Description:
As a Business Development Center Representative will be responsible for coordinating all incoming requests made via telephone or online, searching for potential sales leads, booking appointments for the showroom, and acting as a first point of contact for customers.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Answer customer calls and establish follow-up with prospective clients.
Greet opportunities and provide pre-set proposals.
Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates
Provide customers with initial product information & direct them to the appropriate dealership resources
Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment
Participate in team & process development sessions keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales, service teams and dealership management
Utilize CRM tracking system daily
Requirements/Abilities:
At least one previous role based in strong customer service experience
Team player attitude
Prompt and courteous
Enthusiastic personality
Must have strong computer skills
Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check
Must be reliable and trustworthy
Must be able to learn other accounting software systems
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records.
