Business Development Center Representative

 

Description:

As a Business Development Center Representative will be responsible for coordinating all incoming requests made via telephone or online, searching for potential sales leads, booking appointments for the showroom, and acting as a first point of contact for customers.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer calls and establish follow-up with prospective clients.

  • Greet opportunities and provide pre-set proposals.

  • Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates

  • Provide customers with initial product information & direct them to the appropriate dealership resources

  • Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment

  • Participate in team & process development sessions keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales, service teams and dealership management

  • Utilize CRM tracking system daily

Requirements/Abilities:

  • At least one previous role based in strong customer service experience

  • Team player attitude

  • Prompt and courteous

  • Enthusiastic personality

  • Must have strong computer skills

  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check

  • Must be reliable and trustworthy

  • Must be able to learn other accounting software systems

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records.
