KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets across B2B and retail channels.
• Lead and mentor the sales and customer service teams, fostering collaboration and improving performance.
• Identify and explore new market opportunities, partnerships, and channels to expand market presence.
• Manage monthly community engagement programs to boost brand awareness and strengthen local connections.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key B2B clients, distributors, and retail partners to enhance market reach.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, evaluate competitive dynamics, and seize emerging opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing to ensure consistent messaging and maximize brand visibility across platforms.
• Create and oversee sales budgets, forecasts, and KPIs to track progress and inform decision-making.
• Align with operations, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
• Occasionally travel to support tradeshows, attend conferences, and participate in networking events.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (required); Master’s or MBA (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, and business development, with a strong B2B focus.
• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets in retail and corporate channels.
• Experienced in running community engagement programs and building impactful B2B partnerships.
• Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot, Pipedrive) and adept at sales forecasting and KPI tracking.
• Extroverted personality with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales training and an understanding of sales culture are essential.
• Ability to travel as needed and must be able to drive.
