Key Responsibilities:
- Contractor & Client Engagement: Source, Screen, Select & Service to understand Contractors or Client needs, develop insights, and assist in delivering solutions that exceed expectations.
- Project Management: Work closely with contractors & clients to ensure project deliverables are met on time.
- Leadership Development: You will be tasked not only as an individual contributor but will be trained to enhance leadership skills to develop, train & mentor our next layer of Business Development Associates as you climb the Helion ranks!
- Research: You will become an expert on recruiting philosophies and industries related to skilled trades and engineering consulting.
- Client & Contractor Communication: Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and clear communication.
- Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your consulting skills, business acumen, and industry knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field
- A strong desire to excel in a competitive environment
