Job Responsibilities
- Coordinating sales activities of an experienced team: sales scheduling, account management, cross-selling initiatives
- Proposal drafting and document management for client-specific sales across multiple business units within Ascend
- Arranging sales calls, emailing following, addressing customer queries, tracking sales delivery dates, and supporting the completion of scoped activities
- Providing invoicing support and management
- Leveraging data to improve sales processes, and supporting data analytics utilization
- Coordinating CRM platform management and ensuring customer and project data are processed accurately and ensuring sales pipeline is clearly represented and tracked
- Reaching out to clients and prospects to coordinating meetings with sales management
- Following up and resolving client-related questions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- 2+ years of relevant experience, preference for coordination activities and foundations in sales
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
- Demonstrated interest in Renewable Energy or Power
- Organizational skills and strong prioritization
- Demonstrated writing ability
