Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and contribute to the overall success of the sales and marketing efforts.

- Identify potential clients and market segments through research and networking.
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and attending industry events.
- Qualify leads and assess their potential to become valuable business opportunities.
- Relationship Building and Sales:
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and present Upper Restoration's services.
- Conduct effective sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized solutions and proposals that address client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to secure new business.
- Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify potential business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target markets, customer segments, and growth areas.
- Assist in developing strategic plans and marketing initiatives to expand Upper Restoration's market presence.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure smooth execution of business development strategies.
- Communicate effectively with clients, prospects, and team members to provide timely updates and address inquiries.
- Participate in team meetings and provide input on sales and marketing strategies.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM tools.
- Generate reports and analyze sales data to track performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
Required Education/ Preferable Experience
- Proven track record in business development within the restoration industry, specifically targeting insurance carriers and property managers.
- Existing contacts and relationships within insurance carriers and property management companies are essential.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance industry practices, policies, and procedures related to property damage restoration.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to articulate the value proposition of our services.
- Ability to work independently and proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant business development tools.
- Driver’s license is required
