RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Community Engagement: Spearheaded initiatives to enhance community engagement by organizing and hosting events focused on holistic health and wellbeing.
  • Event Management: Plan and execute a variety of events within and outside the store, ranging from workshops, webinars and seminars, to wellness retreats, ensuring high participation and engagement.
  • Partnership Development: Actively seek and form strategic partnerships with local businesses, wellness practitioners, gyms, holistic practitioners, integrative health and wellness, and community leaders to promote Herbal Goodness products and events.
  • Sales & Promotion: Drive sales of Herbal Goodness products through community events, partnerships, and out and in-store interactions. Implement and track sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Brand Ambassador: Serve as a brand ambassador for Herbal Goodness, embodying our values and mission in every interaction and partnership
  • Feedback & Reporting: Collect, collate and analyze data and feedback from community members and partners to continually improve event offerings and product selections. Provide regular reports on sales progress, event success, and community feedback.

 


REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field, with a strong preference for backgrounds in health, wellness, or retail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an innate ability to engage and inspire diverse groups.
  • Creative thinker with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and events simultaneously
  • Self-motivated and energetic individual who takes initiative and works well independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong knowledge or interest in holistic health, wellness, and Herbal Goodness products.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required for events and community engagement.
  • Ability to drive and mobility as the job is heavy on community engagement and partnerships
  • Ability to embody and promote the company's values and mission authentically
  • Proven track record in sales, with the ability to meet or exceed targets
  • Experience in planning and executing events, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Must be computer literate with some level of familiarity with analytics and reporting tools
