Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establish relationships at a highl level and increase bidding opportunities with General Contractors and Sub-Contractors
Accountable for researching and nurturing leads for large infrastructure projects, in new and adjacent market sectors
Validate project-specific data; timing, scope, etc., using various data sources
Proactively contact potential clients, coordinate introductory meetings, leveraging BrandSafway’s products and services
Clean, enter and update information within CRM (Salesforce)
Provide inside sales support for North America; coordinate internal staff meeting, presentation preparation, coordinate will internal departments through the sales process
Supports coordination with marketing for project announcements and evolution
Assist in developing market analysis plan for North America
Develop sales trends analysis based on data to support sales operations
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
Must possess strong written and oral communication skills in both languages (French and English), excellent interpersonal skills, and a working knowledge of ERP systems typically associated with business development
Advanced knowledge of the North American market (preferably Houton). Knowledge of the construction industry and access systems an asset
Experience in sales and/or business development in construction
Resourcefulness, initiative, and versatility
Rigour and meticulousness
Team collaboration
Proficient computer skills especially with MS Office
A positive attitude, ability to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines and manage changing priorities
Results-oriented and motivated by the achievement of established objectives
