Description:
The role is responsible for supporting the development, execution and refinement of patient, broker and provider growth and experience program operations. This role is internal and external facing, with focus on coordinating annual patient engagement activities. Candidates must be comfortable working closely with cross functional teams, including Business Development, Provider Engagement, Marketing, and Data and Analytics, amongst others.
Responsibilities:
Develops plans and executes activities that directly support the implementation and optimization of strategic growth efforts.
Meets regularly with team members to gain insight on vendor and partner service delivery. Compiles reports for managerial review on aggregate vendor and partner performance.
Maintains active relationships with designated points of contact in key vendors and partners to discuss and resolve issues.
Support the organizational change management and documentation activities to drive successful adoption of growth and experience programs
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards, and presents insights for growth and experience department awareness and tracking
Partner with leads, subject matter experts, and marketing team members to support on-going presentation and material production for internal stakeholders, patients, providers and brokers (i.e. power points, talk tracks, scripts, training decks, etc.)
Develop and maintain library of CareAllies growth and experience materials (i.e. contact lists, vendor contracts, internal/external communications, etc.)
Capture reporting metrics and incorporate into overall Operating Effectiveness tracking for business goal reporting (i.e. MOR, L2/L3, etc.)Focuses on providing thought leadership within Business Development but works on broader projects, which require understanding of wider business
Create/improve and implement processes throughout the growth and experience organization
Qualifications
5+ years of professional and/or operational experience
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
Healthcare experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent project management skills.
Strong time management skills; highly organized and detailed oriented.
Structured problem solving and decision making skills.
Strong analytical, cross-functional communication skills, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment, with periods of ambiguity.
