Key Responsibilities

Inbound Lead Management:

  • Monitor and promptly respond to inquiries about event rentals and general questions.
  • Schedule and conduct donor tours to showcase the museum’s offerings.
  • Assist with sending invoices to clients and coordinating follow-ups.

Outbound Outreach:

  • Proactively connect with schools, wedding planners, photography clubs, location scouts/managers, and other potential partners.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships to promote the museum as a premier venue for events.

Event Coordination:

  • Maintain an the CRM system to track and manage event leads.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.

Additional Support:

  • Perform cashier duties as needed to assist with museum operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and partners.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or event coordination.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Ability to perform both inbound (lead management) and outbound (proactive outreach) tasks with confidence.
  • Experience handling financial tasks such as invoicing and cash register duties.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with email, basic office software, and CRM tools is a plus.
  • A positive, driven attitude with a passion for building connections.
