The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads and building strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients through various channels, such as social media, email marketing, and networking events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and act as the main point of contact throughout the sales process.
- Conduct presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our services and solutions.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring that all terms and conditions are clearly understood and met.
- Collaborate with development team to ensure that client needs are met and that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of B2B sales experience in software/tech industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
- Experience managing full sales process from lead generation through contract execution
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of digital transformation and related technologies.
- Experience in consultative selling and building relationships with clients.
- Experience developing and executing sales strategies for generating new business
- Experience establishing a sales pipeline with a consistent flow of potential clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A good understanding of software technologies and software lifecycle will be a plus
