Description:
Primary responsibilities will include; Generate customers leads and maintain contact with existing accounts via telephone and direct mail. Deal with inquiries from customers in a courteous, professional and knowledgeable way; effectively communicate the products and services offered by the company. Tend to the needs and concerns of the professional remodeled/small builder providing them with the highest level of service. Provide the Outside Sales Representative with qualified leads and appointments. Communicate on a regular basis with the Sales Representative and Managing Partner to develop the trade account base.
