Business Developer

 

Description:

As a Business Developer, you will create and maintain lead generation activities to ensure sales leads and pipeline growth track to quarterly and annual sales targets. You will be responsible for lead generation from Novacura partners (new and existing), ERP software providers and industry-based service companies. You will also:

  • Coordinate and support Polish marketing team to execute North American marketing related strategies
  • Develop the sales heatmap of ERP/IFS and/or Industry providers.
  • Assist in coordinating regular cadence with ERP and industry providers to gain visibility into target accounts
  • Create and summit quotes as needed
  • Conduct introductory product demonstrations as needed
  • Assist in organizing and managing the logistics for industry and ERP related events
  • Provide Business Development related follow up upon attending industry and/or marketing events.

This is a full time, salaried position, in which you will report to the Sales Director of North America.

Your skills and attributes

You are an excellent communicator with demonstrate adherence to sales and marketing processes. You have strong project and time management skills and you work to achieve task-oriented objectives. In addition, you are:

  • Proficient in the use of CRM. (HubSpot preferred)
  • Proficient in MS office and marketing
  • Experienced with marketing and contact acquisition (AI based tools preferred)
  • Able to travel internationally. 1-2 trips per/year

We prefer you to have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and/or Business Administration and 2-4 years’ experience in Business Development and/or lead generation (ERP experience preferred).
