Turnkey is seeking Business Development for the Metro Atlanta market to join our team and champion the Turnkey purpose of adding value to properties, people, and businesses, through janitorial services. The right candidate will have relentless energy and desire to network, join and participate in trade organizations, and is fearlessly ready for outside sales. Building a pipeline and attacking, the business development position will require a fire to be self-driven, creative, coachable, and flexible. Requirements-

Self-Confident, humble, and curious, leader. Commercial sales experience in service-related industries is a plus but not necessary. Market knowledge of the metro-Atlanta area. Daily networking, cold calling, problem-solving, setting meetings, hosting lunch and learns, client engagement and activities, and selling Turnkey, our purpose, culture, and our services. MS proficiency, some social marketing.
