Responsibilities include:
Leading meetings with technical leads to document process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Process modeling and technical documentation
Identifying and addressing gaps in requirements
Translating data models into actionable user stories
Preferred Skills:
Experience with .NET and AWS stack
Developer experience
Knowledge of airline PSS systems and industry standards
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience
5+ years of IT experience or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
