Business Analysis Group Manager

Description:

Duties: Responsible for analyzing, enhancing and documenting Treasury, Finance, Risk & Regulatory applications. Engage with key stake holders, internal and external, to understand user requirements. Work with development leads to implement business solutions and designs, including design and code reviews. Responsible for deliverables in the analysis phase of the development lifecycle. Identify improvement opportunities including automation and process re-engineering. Participate in platform design and review activities. Understand Agile methodology, create and maintain documentation of business requirements, including user stories with full acceptance criteria. Work with project managers to define and execute deliverables throughout all phases of software delivery. Contribute to Business Analysis process maturity and governance programs. Oversee 5 employees. Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policy.
