Job Description: The primary role of the Business Analyst Advisor is to bridge the gap between business objectives and technology solutions. 2. Business Process Analysis: Evaluate existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions to optimize efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
3. Data Analysis: Analyze large data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can inform strategic business decisions. Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
5. Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders, including business leaders, project managers, developers, and end-users, to build strong relationships, manage expectations, and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
6. Process Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories. Maintain documentation throughout the project to ensure accuracy and consistency.
