Building Services Supervisor

Description:

Supervise and direct a program for inventory and custodial care of University buildings and facilities. Incumbent will be a working supervisor and will provide supervision and leadership for the evening custodial staff. He/she will manage, oversee and work with the staff in building cleaning activities so that the facilities are clean and presentable at the highest possible standard. This position is weather essential.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Must have 5 years experience in custodial services with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired.
• Must possess a thorough background and knowledge of custodial practices and processes.
