Brand Marketing Manager

 

Description:

We are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager who is passionate about building brands and is experienced in developing and executing insights-driven marketing campaigns that move hearts and minds. In this role, you will support the development and execution of large-scale consumer campaigns that are culturally relevant to Instagram users and on-brand. This is a strategic and operational role within the Instagram Consumer Marketing Organization that will play a critical role in landing Instagram brand moments with users.The ideal candidate will have experience in: strategic consumer marketing, developing cross-functional partnerships, and running multi-channel campaigns and programs for a high-profile brand, within the CPG or consumer tech industries, or at an integrated creative or media agency. She/He will be expected to apply strategic rigor, deep understanding of consumer, culture and market dynamics, and the right mix of brand and product knowledge to deliver effective marketing that truly moves the needle. Experience in executing creator amplification strategies and tactics is a strong preference.

Brand Marketing Manager, Instagram Responsibilities:
 

  • Support the development of consumer campaigns across marketing, media, partnerships, experiential, editorial and creative
  • Define the development of brand campaigns and go-to-market strategy for our global brand campaign and tentpole moments - that meet our short and long-term business goals
  • Manage and brief agency partners and enable them to execute their very best work
  • Inform our overall brand strategy based on the performance of media, creative and media landscape
  • Develop measurable KPIs and track performance of campaigns to provide data-backed insights to optimize campaigns and find new opportunity areas
  • Develop presentations and other documents to clearly communicate strategic plans to management, cross-functional partners and to the broader organization
  • Drive alignment and partner closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and deliver integrated marketing campaigns. Cross-functional teams include: Product Marketing, Consumer Insights, Decision Science, Communications Planning and Media investment, Creative X (In-house Creative and Production Agency), Media and Advertising Agencies, Growth Marketing and Product Management
     

Minimum Qualifications:
 

  • 7+ years of experience in managing and executing large scale consumer campaigns and long - term brand building through a diverse media mix
  • Experience in leading and working with media and creative agencies
  • Experience in leading and working in matrix teams and organizations, with demonstrated talent at building collaborative partnerships with product and other cross functional teams
  • Knowledge for consumers, with a demonstrated experience utilizing consumer research and data to drive actionable insights to inform marketing strategy and improve the consumer experience
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns at the same time, and working with many different internal and external teams
