Description:

All Bookkeeping activities need for the firm including: Daily QuickBooks data entry, processing accounts payable and receivables, completing deposits and payments, completing sales tax and other tax payments, reconciling receipts and credit cards, working with the Owner to review reports (Profit and Loss, Cash Flow, project cash flow projection reports, etc.) on a monthly basis and quarterly and annual reporting. Coordinating with CPA at year’s end.

 

Office Management & Human Resources Support: Biweekly processing timesheets and payroll, Managing onboarding of new employees including enrolling in benefits (short and long-term disability and health insurance), expense reports, and payments. Issuing 1099’s and W2’s. Collect, record and track updated copies of subcontractor W-9’s and Certificates of Insurance. Assist in renewing insurance annually (workmans comp, general liability, auto, umbrella and professional liability insurance)

Experience Required: Bookeeping 3 years
