At EAPC, our team of more than 185 architects, engineers, interior designers, construction managers, and other professionals work together to create stunning structures and design for optimum performance.
As a BIM Modeler at EAPC, you will:
- Assist the Project Architect/Manager or Principal on projects from concept to successful completion
- Utilize and manages computer-aided design software such as REVIT and AutoCAD
- May assist in equipment selection and scheduling
- Work day-to-day with architects, designers, and engineering disciplines
- Verify and interpret applicable codes and regulations
- Produce high quality work that meets customer expectations within deadlines
To join us, you should have:
- Minimum two-year Associates Degree in Drafting Technology or related degree
- Must have experience with REVIT, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam software
- Commercial architectural experience preferred not required
- Advanced knowledge of standardized drafting practices and procedures
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Able to use basic office equipment (computer, copier, phone)
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule
- Must Possess Valid Driver’s license
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
